Why one contractor

The run
Follow the cable from the front door up.
A riser is one continuous run with things tapped off it at each floor. That is also how we scope a building, in the order it actually gets used.
L2 · Watch
Cameras placed for coverage, not for the count
We work out what actually needs to be seen, in what light, and for how long it needs to be kept. Fewer cameras in the right positions beat a larger number pointed at the car park.
L3 · Network
The cable plant outlasts everything on it
Structured cabling, switching and the network the rest of the stack rides on. Cameras and readers get replaced every few years. Done properly, the cabling behind them does not.
L4 · Charge
Charging is a network job as much as an electrical one
EV charging sits on the same managed system as everything else, so it is monitored and controlled alongside the cameras and the doors rather than bolted on as a separate island.

How we scope it
Designed for the site, not out of a catalogue.
Site specific modular design means we walk the building first and work out what it needs, then build the system in pieces that can be added to later. You are not asked to rip out equipment that still works, and you are not sold coverage the building does not need.
- We look at what is already installed and what the existing cabling will carry.
- The design is written for this building, including the awkward parts of it.
- It is built in modules, so a second phase does not mean starting again.
- The consultation costs nothing and there is no obligation attached to it.

Everything in a building that carries signal rather than mains power: security cameras, door access readers, the data cabling and switches behind them, phone and VOIP, distributed audio and video, and the network side of EV charging. It is one cable plant, which is why it makes sense to have one contractor design it.
Both. Residential work is usually high speed internet installation, whole home network setup and smart device integration. Commercial work leans toward VOIP, access control, camera coverage and structured cabling built to take future equipment.
Because it lets the cameras, the door readers, the switches and the charger live in one system with one place to manage them. Our technicians are certified on it. When a building runs four separate platforms from four vendors, most of the cost and most of the finger pointing comes from the seams between them.
