The door decides who gets in
Access control readers on the doors that matter, credentials you can issue and revoke yourself, and a record of who opened what. When somebody leaves you change a permission instead of rekeying the building.

Cameras, door access, the network, the phones and the car charger belong on the same system. We design and install that system for your building, then stay on to keep it running.

Why one contractor
A building ends up with a camera company, a door company, a phone company and whoever wired the data. Four contracts, four apps, four people to call, and every one of them able to say the fault is somebody else's.
We put those systems on one platform instead. Consolidating them cuts the complexity and the cost of running multiple vendors, and it means one number to ring when something stops reporting.

The run
A riser is one continuous run with things tapped off it at each floor. That is also how we scope a building, in the order it actually gets used.

L1 · Entry
Access control readers on the doors that matter, credentials you can issue and revoke yourself, and a record of who opened what. When somebody leaves you change a permission instead of rekeying the building.

L2 · Watch
We work out what actually needs to be seen, in what light, and for how long it needs to be kept. Fewer cameras in the right positions beat a larger number pointed at the car park.

L3 · Network
Structured cabling, switching and the network the rest of the stack rides on. Cameras and readers get replaced every few years. Done properly, the cabling behind them does not.

L4 · Charge
EV charging sits on the same managed system as everything else, so it is monitored and controlled alongside the cameras and the doors rather than bolted on as a separate island.
What we install
Everything below runs on Ubiquiti hardware our technicians are certified to install, which is what lets these sit in one system instead of five.

Security
Surveillance cameras, alarm systems and door access designed around the building rather than sold as a package. Coverage, retention and who holds a credential are all decided before anything gets mounted.
Cameras and access control detailsHow we scope it
Site specific modular design means we walk the building first and work out what it needs, then build the system in pieces that can be added to later. You are not asked to rip out equipment that still works, and you are not sold coverage the building does not need.
