Security

We look at how the building actually gets used: which doors get propped open, where a delivery gets left, which hallway has no camera because nobody thought about it until something happened. From there we design and install a system that suits your specific requirements rather than fitting the building to a preset kit. Alarm systems and access control sit on the same platform as the cameras, so an alert on one shows up alongside footage from the other instead of living in a separate app.
Access control readers on the doors that matter, and credentials you can issue and revoke yourself. When somebody leaves the team, you change a permission instead of rekeying the building.

What carries everything else
Network
Data cabling, switching and network infrastructure built to carry what gets added to it later, not just what is going in this week. Cameras and readers get swapped out every few years. Done properly, the cabling behind them does not.
Telecom & AV
Commercial VOIP systems, secure data transmission and customised network infrastructure, plus AV that is wired into the building rather than plugged into whichever outlet happened to be nearest.
Cameras, access control, the network, telecom, AV and EV charging all run on Ubiquiti hardware. That is what lets one dashboard show a camera going offline and a switch reporting the same fault, instead of four apps that have never spoken to each other.
Residential
High speed internet installation, whole home network setup and the smart devices that depend on both being done right.
A smart lock or a video doorbell is only as reliable as the connection it is fighting for space on with the television and everyone's phones. We start with the wiring and the wireless coverage, not the gadget, so the internet reaches every room before anything gets added that depends on it. Home network setup and smart device integration follow from there, wired in properly rather than left plugged into whatever outlet was closest.

EV Charging
EV charging sits on the same platform as the cameras and the doors, so it is monitored and controlled alongside the rest of the building instead of standing alone as a separate island with its own app.
Support
Our commitment to a building extends beyond the install date. Systems get checked and maintained after handover, so a camera or a switch that starts misbehaving gets caught before it turns into a gap in coverage.
